Cold Appetizer Recipe Ingredients

* 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
* 40 pimiento-stuffed olives
* 40 large pitted ripe olives
* 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
* 40 thin slices pepperoni
* 20 thin slices hard salami, halved
* Fresh parsley sprigs, optional

Cold Appetizer Recipe Instructions

* Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the tortellini, olives and salad dressing. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
* Drain and discard marinade. For each appetizer, thread a stuffed olive, folded pepperoni slice, tortellini, folded salami piece, ripe olive and parsley sprig if desired on a toothpick or short skewer. Make about 40 cold appetizers...enjoy it !

Cold Appetizer Recipe Ingredients

* 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup chopped green onions
* 1/3 cup chopped sweet red pepper
* 1 tablespoon curry powder
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 1 jar (9 ounces) chutney
* 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
* Assorted fruit, vegetables or crackers

Cold Appetizer Recipe Instructions

* In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add onions, red pepper, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and nutmeg; mix well. Spread onto a platter. Top with chutney; sprinkle with almonds. Serve with fruit, vegetables or crackers. Makes about 8-10 servings.

* 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
* 1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
* 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, well drained
* 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup chopped green onions
* Garlic powder to taste
* Seasoned salt to taste
* 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
* Fresh parsley for garnish
* Salsa

Cold Appetizer Recipe Instructions

* In a large bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until blended. Spread over the tortillas; roll up tightly. Wrap each with plastic wrap, twisting ends; refrigerate for several hours.
* Unwrap; cut into 1/2-in. to 3/4-in. slices. (An electric knife works best.) Discard ends. Garnish with parsley. Serve with salsa if desired. Makes about 4 dozen tortilas..enjoy it !
